Refund policy

I reserve the right to not accept returns as my items are made to order. 
In the case that I made a mistake, I will email you return postage label and when your unused - unworn item gets here I will ship out the correct item.
If the item comes back to me used, I will not ship you out a new one as we are unable to sell a used item. You will then need to pay for the return shipping to have it sent back to you.

My items are made to order.  Most orders ship out approximately 14 - 16 days from when it is ordered aside from: Bow Ties - Hair Accessories etc.  HOWEVER if you need you item sooner, leave me a message stating the date that you need it by while checking out.

I cannot be responsible for orders lost by the United States Postal Service or if it does not arrive on time. Once I pay for shipping I have no control over it.
